From photo to piece
Example order
The shadow of the ear, the light in the eyes, the black nose and the white chest: we reduce the photo to eight colours and 1,720 blocks and build the dog as close to itself as we can. Nothing is made before you approve the draft.

Tell us
Send your image and tell us why it matters to you. If you describe where it will hang, we can think about the size together.

Draft
We prepare a grid draft and a colour palette showing how the image reads in this technique. The price and timing are settled at this stage.
- 03
Approval
We finalise the draft together. Once you approve it, cutting, painting and setting begin.
- 04
Delivery
When the piece is finished we send you photos and a video; then it comes to your door wrapped in foam, shipped free.
- Images that work well: one clear main subject, a plain background, strong differences in colour or light. Crowded group photos and very fine detail can get lost at block scale.
