2. Main characteristics of the goods

The goods are wall pieces (pixel art pictures) built from angle-cut, hand-painted pine blocks, sets of such pieces, and Make-it-yourself kits. Each product’s size, block count, frame options and images are shown on its page; the products, quantities and options in your order appear in the bag summary before payment. As the pieces are handmade, small differences in tone and texture between blocks are possible and are not a defect.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in Turkish lira and include VAT. Shipping is free; the total price of the order is shown clearly in the bag summary and on the payment page. Payment is taken by credit or debit card through Shopier. Any instalment options are shown on the payment page.

4. Delivery

The pieces are made to order. Delivery, making and shipping included, takes 10 days from the day the payment is confirmed, and in no case exceeds the legal limit of 30 days. When the piece is finished, photos and a video of it are sent by e-mail; it is then wrapped in foam and shipped in a sturdy box to the address you gave with your order.

5. Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for goods prepared to the buyer’s specifications or personal needs (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15(1)(ç)). Custom designs and pieces made to order in the size and frame the buyer chooses fall under this exception.

For Make-it-yourself kits, provided the packaging is unopened and the kit unused, you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Notify us by e-mail within this period; the price is refunded by the payment method you used within 14 days of the kit reaching us.

Goods damaged in transit are repaired or made again at our cost, regardless of the right of withdrawal.

6. Complaints

You can send requests and complaints by e-mail. In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees in the consumer’s or the seller’s place of residence are competent within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts above those limits.

7. Records

This form and the distance sales contract are kept electronically with your order; you can ask for a copy by e-mail at any time.
